The Commercial & Sales organization drives growth by building strong customer partnerships, commercializing hydrocarbons, and delivering integrated equipment and service solutions. Responsibilities

• Define and improve sourcing strategies at the business level.
• Lead a global team of sourcing leaders.
• Work with the broader sourcing organization to develop and implement supply strategies.
• Manage supplier performance: cost, quality, lead time, OTD, and responsiveness.
• Innovate thinking: leverage experience to develop contracts and creative solutions to improve value for our customers and Baker Hughes.
• Develop processes, KPIs, measurement systems, and related dashboards.
• Manage projects: influence all levels of the organization to drive completion of optimization opportunities.
• Redesign processes as required.
• Communicate effectively with other functional areas and influence peers to meet objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 10 additional years of experience in sourcing management.
• PREFERRED BACKGROUND IN CHEMICALS OR PETROCHEMICALS.
• Possess domain expertise in supplier contracts, negotiation, and process improvement.
• Demonstrate a proven history of team development and leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, materials management, and contract management.
• Bring project management expertise with the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
