About the Role

The Global Solutions Delivery team is responsible for scaling, expanding, and implementing enterprise technology solutions across a global organization. As the Global Solutions Delivery Manager, you will lead the expansion and adoption of established platform capabilities, ensuring successful implementation across multiple regions.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end operational execution for an AI-powered workflow automation platform, drive strategic platform adoption initiatives, and execute targeted use-case programs to maximize technology utilization across global teams.

As a people leader, you will manage and mentor a team of Solutions Delivery Leads, prioritize delivery pipelines, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of strategic deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Delivery Leads supporting multiple global regions.
• Manage the delivery pipeline for platform expansion initiatives and ensure successful implementation across international locations.
• Oversee end-to-end operational coordination for enhancements and deployments of an AI-powered workflow automation platform.
• Drive user adoption through strategic demonstrations, enablement programs, and targeted implementation initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams by establishing effective feedback processes that transform operational challenges into product improvements.
• Track program performance using key operational metrics and ensure continuous process optimization.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to support successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technology Delivery, Operational Excellence, or Enterprise Software Deployment.
• 5+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experience managing enterprise platform implementations or technology rollouts across multiple regions.
• Strong experience defining and tracking operational KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global deployments of enterprise software, internal technology platforms, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong understanding of user adoption strategies, implementation methodologies, and change management best practices.
• Experience designing scalable feedback mechanisms that convert operational insights into product enhancements.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide enablement programs, product demonstrations, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex global initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, coordinating large-scale implementations, and removing execution roadblocks.
