Job Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a unified global security policy framework covering physical security, cybersecurity, OT security, personnel vetting, supplier security, and crisis governance.
- Defines minimum security standards that align with regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and contractual commitments.
- Policies must be auditable and enforceable rather than aspirational.
- PARTNER WITH LEGAL, COMPLIANCE, IT, OT, AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO ENSURE POLICY HARMONIZATION ACROSS JURISDICTIONS AND GEOGRAPHIES.
- LEADS PERIODIC POLICY REVIEWS, MATURITY ASSESSMENTS, AND UPDATES ALIGNED WITH EVOLVING RISK AND REGULATORY LANDSCAPES.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise security governance or policy architecture.
- Deep familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and security standards.
- Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
- Strong documentation and governance discipline.

Annual Compensation Range
$150,000–$180,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus
