Global Security Manager - Security Governance, re:Cycle Reverse Logistics

Key job responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and continuously improve security policies and standards for RRL Global Security, ensuring alignment with ISO, TAPA, NIST, and R2V3 certification requirements.
• Review projects and change management activities within RRL for compliance to certifications, internal standards, and policies.
• Perform security risk assessments to provide leadership with best practices on security policy and procedures.
• Routinely collaborate with partner teams within RRL and external customers to enable new processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Evaluate proposed changes and projects to ensure they meet security compliance requirements before implementation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline security processes and reduce risk across RRL's global operations.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of work in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans experience.
• Experience developing policies and supporting documentation.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• 3+ years of working knowledge of ISO, TAPA, NIST, and/or R2V3 standards and certification requirements.
• 3+ years of experience reviewing projects or change management processes for compliance with security standards and policies.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM or other security certification.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in information security and compliance.
• Experience in physical security best practices including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, management of contract security guards and incident management.
• Familiarity with security program automation and implementation.
• Experience developing or leveraging AI/ML tools and automation to streamline security processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance compliance monitoring.
