Primary Responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects from concept through commercial launch while ensuring project milestones and customer requirements are achieved
- Develop, maintain, and execute project timelines while proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation, customer records, project trackers, and order status
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure customer requirements align with internal capabilities and business priorities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes
Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service
- Schedule and lead customer meetings while documenting meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities
- Cooksample submissions, quotations, regulatory requests, timelines, and other customer project activities
- Support successful product launches while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Business Development, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Production to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in Gate Review meetings and coordinate cross-functional communication
- Coordinate production line trials, manufacturing activities, and customer visits as needed
- Aid in customer complaint investigations by coordinating with customers and the Quality team
- Escalate project risks appropriately while providing practical recommendations and solutions
Business Support
- Initiate Product Development Requests (PDRs) by gathering product requirements, specifications, target costs, launch timelines, and packaging information
- Coordinate quotation requests, review pricing accuracy, and communicate approved quotations to customers
- Ensure approved pricing is accurately transferred to the BOM/PO Coordinator
- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential risks and business opportunities
- Identify opportunities for account growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
