About the role
Eaton’s IS GOLF Pride US division is currently seeking a Global Sales Operations Manager. This is a Full Time Onsite role, based at our headquarters in Pinehurst, NC! Relocation benefits are available from within the United States.

Qualifications
- Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- 5+ years of combined experience with Excel and BI Tools (Power, BI, Tableau, etc)
- 3+ years of leadership/team supervisory experience
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms
- Preferred MBA or master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
- Skilled leading continuous improvement projects and process standardization
- Strong understanding of retailer dynamics, distributor models, and omnichannel sales environments
