What You’ll Do

  • Possess a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling, networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored corporate travel solutions that add value.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce, managing opportunities from initial contact to close.
  • Lead compelling proposals and RFP responses, negotiate competitive programs, and successfully close deals, ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and client success teams.
  • Stay updated on Travel Incorporated’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively represent the company as a superior partner in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences and provide clear pipeline forecasts to leadership.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of proven B2B sales success, preferably in corporate travel management, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong network and industry knowledge, including GBTA chapter membership or established corporate travel contacts (a plus).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM (Salesforce experience preferred), and virtual meeting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional, polished presence.

Location: Ideally based in Ohio or surrounding states. Remote position located at the associate’s permanent residence. Equal Opportunity Employer.
