Global Returns Technical Support Rep (Mon-Fri!!)

Job Description

The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will create RMA's, return shipping labels, and close cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
• Experience creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a plus

About the Role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits
