Product Returns Technical Support Rep (Mon-Fri!!)
Job Description
The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
- Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a plus!
Schedule
8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday - will be scheduled for an 8-hour set shift.
About the Role
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
