Global Procurement Manager, Indirect Factory

About the role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a global team of Strategic Procurement category personnel
• Interpret global industry trends and business objectives to deliver results for Indirect Factory Goods and Services
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned categories
• Establish and manage supplier relationships for cost and service benefits
• Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure accountability for pricing and service quality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sourcing strategy integration
• Lead complex projects with significant corporate implications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 9 years experience in relevant fields, or a High School Diploma with 17 years in Strategic Procurement
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain is a plus
• Strong negotiation and attention to detail skills
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Familiarity with Indirect Factory supplier markets
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities at senior levels
• Business, contract language, and financial acumen

Pay

$143,200 – $196,900 annually
