Global Pricing Analytics Lead

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and reports for global pricing governance
• Track net price evolution and identify erosion drivers
• Support global price management for Top 10 markets
• Guide affiliates on pricing tools and contract compliance
• Monitor pricing performance against established policies
• Contribute to initiatives for process improvement
• Advise on pricing strategies for new product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, medicine, pharmacy, biology, economics, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pricing, Financial Audit, or related areas
• Experience with cross-border pricing risk management
• Strong technical skills in data analysis and advanced Excel proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to simplify complex issues and propose clear recommendations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong project management skills

Pay

$118,410 – $160,201 annually
