Activate and equip believers in your region to sync with God’s voice and join a global movement of prayer that leads to spiritual breakthrough and disciple-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Ignite Prayer in Your Region
• Inspire believers across denominations and cultures to pray in alignment with God’s heart.
• Champion Sync with God rhythms that help people hear and obey Jesus daily.
• Mobilize prayer through:
• Personal prayer rhythms
• Small groups and home gatherings
• Regional or virtual prayer gatherings
• Build and Strengthen Prayer Networks
• Use your relationships to unite pastors, leaders, ministries, churches, and campus groups into a vibrant prayer ecosystem.
• Launch and nurture prayer communities that multiply.
• Strengthen collaboration among ministries committed to disciple-making movements.
• Equip People to Pray with Power
• Train believers in practical tools like:
• Sync with God prayer practices
• Scripture-saturated listening prayer
• Intercession for movements and unreached peoples
• Prayer that leads to obedience and disciple-making
• Multiply Prayer Mobilizers
• Identify and mentor emerging leaders who can mobilize prayer in their own networks.
• Foster a culture where prayer grows, reproduces, and expands far beyond your reach.

• Strong relational networks and ability to connect across communities.
• Experience starting or leading groups, prayer gatherings, or discipleship environments.
• Comfortable equipping and encouraging others.
• Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
