Global Operations Summer Analyst Program - 2027
About the Role
Global Operations delivers integrated operations solutions for all lines of business, business support areas, and the broader enterprise, including operations teams in our global regions. This program manages the critical systems and multiple platforms needed to maintain the enterprise’s market-leading positions in key segments, including deposits, payment products, consumer lending, wealth management, small business and middle-market lending, treasury services, investment banking, and sales and trading.
The Global Operations Development Program is a 10-week internship designed to provide a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. The program focuses on operational line of business functions supporting technology and operations within Bank of America. Participants engage in activities fostering teamwork, leadership, and exposure to processes or projects that drive results and demonstrate the bank’s vision and culture. The objective is to provide meaningful experiences that build skills for final placements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training, online learning, Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and hands-on project work.
- Collaborate with Operations teams and leaders to understand how the function supports critical services.
- Complete an assigned summer intern project, culminating in a final presentation.
- Develop skills through formal and on-the-job training, with ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Engage in networking opportunities with peers, mentors, and senior leaders.
- Establish and meet goals through a structured performance management process.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university (Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s with no work experience).
- Major or course of study in Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar relevant field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred.
- Graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028.
- Bank of America is unable to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship now or in the future for this role.

- Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
