Global Operations Analyst Program - 2027

About the role

Global Operations delivers integrated operations solutions for all lines of business, business support areas and the broader enterprise, including operations teams in our global regions. This program manages the critical systems and multiple platforms needed to maintain the enterprise’s market-leading positions in key segments, including deposits, payment products, consumer lending, wealth management, small business and middle-market lending, treasury services, investment banking, and sales and trading. Our Global Operations Development Program is a two-year rotational program including 1‑year assignments within Global Operations lines of business designed to provide you with a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. The program focuses on operational line of business functions supporting our technology and operations businesses within Bank of America. Participants are involved in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, influence leadership and gain exposure to processes and/or projects that will drive results and demonstrate Bank of America’s vision and culture. The objective of the program is for participants to have meaningful robust experiences where they can learn about the Operations business through work that builds upon their skillsets to prepare them for final placements. Location placement options: Dallas Metro, TX (Dallas, Addison, Plano, or Fort Worth); Jacksonville, FL; Phoenix Metro, AZ (Phoenix or Chandler).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two‑year rotational program within Global Operations line of businesses.
• Engage in on‑the‑job training, online learning, an Executive Speaker Series, networking events with fellow analysts and employees, and hands‑on project work.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Students must be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelors or Bachelors direct to Master’s degree with no work experience.
• Major/Course of Study: Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar degree of relevance.
• GPA: 3.5 minimum GPA preferred.
• Graduation date: November 2026 – August 2027.

• Strategic thinker in Account Management with the ability to scale tactics across various audiences.
• Sound judgment and the ability to deal with ambiguity and high‑pressure situations.
• Strong Risk Management skills with the ability to assess business processes & risks.
• Flexibility in exploring a variety of business areas.
• Identify business issues and implement improvements.

Skills

• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus.
