Global Mobility & Immigration Partner

About the role

The Global Mobility & Immigration Partner supports day-to-day Global Mobility operations for the company's global entities, with a focus on EMEA and APAC. They manage Global Mobility, Immigration, and Tax matters, partnering with Global Security, Legal, Corporate Tax, Global Payroll, and Immigration teams. They serve as a subject matter expert on immigration for EMEA/APAC, supporting Americas as needed. They support candidate immigration assessments and visa applications, manage cross-border mobility, including international transfers and flex travel, and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Tax, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Global Mobility operations for the company's global entities, with a focus on EMEA and APAC
• Manage Global Mobility, Immigration, and Tax matters, partnering with Global Security, Legal, Corporate Tax, Global Payroll, and Immigration teams
• Serve as subject matter expert on immigration for EMEA/APAC, supporting Americas as needed
• Support candidate immigration assessments and visa applications
• Support cross-border mobility, including international transfers and flex travel
• Manage employee and business requests through completion, securing approvals and escalating as needed
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Tax, and Legal

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or related field, plus 3-5 years relevant experience
• Working knowledge of global immigration requirements
• Experience with cross-border mobility (permanent transfers, flex work)
• Experience in Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and Google Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a corporate environment / on an HR team
• GMS certification

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $50.00 – $58.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

Full-time, 8:00 AM EST start
