About the role

Supports Accenture's Managing Director recruiting function, providing end-to-end operational oversight of MD hiring processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and smooth execution in NA. Serves as a trusted advisor on recruiting operations, process issues, and security or access-related matters. Key Workday and recruiting operations subject matter expert, supporting data quality, reporting integrity, governance, and operational tracking activities. Maintains strong relationships with NA Recruiting leads, supporting them with admin activities required to complete candidate's lifecycle in the system, focusing mainly in confidential senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, HR operations, or vendor coordination processes
  • Apply strong working knowledge of Workday recruiting workflows, agency access processes, candidate submission activity, or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Maintain rosters, access records, confidential spend data, and agency documentation with high attention to detail
  • Manage multiple priorities, follow up on open items, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Create clear instructions, status updates, and process guidance for agency users
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential recruiting, fee, vendor, and leadership search information
  • Troubleshoot access issues, document incidents, and partner with technology or operations teams to resolve user problems

  • Recruiters and hiring stakeholders supporting ML2 and SMD searches
  • Workday, B2B access, technology support, and operations teams
  • Procurement, vendor management, or finance stakeholders involved in agency spend and placement fee processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership recruiting experience (Senior Manager and above)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

  • California: $73,800 to $218,800
  • Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
  • Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
  • District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
  • Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
  • Maine: $62,800 to $161,000
  • Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
  • Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
  • Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
  • New York: $68,300 to $218,800
  • New Jersey: $78,500 to $218,800
  • Virginia: $68,300 to $201,300
  • Washington: $80,200 to $201,300
