Global Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish business, competitor, and social monitoring to help guide decision making
• Lead coordination of creative requests and approval routing, ensuring that tasks are organized and completed on time
• Support in project management of new products
• Aid in creative briefs, copy development, copy translations, pack development, new product development
• Develop launch presentations and own monthly internal marketing bulletin to ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams
• Manage brand marketing budgets, including raising POs and accruals

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion and/or beauty industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the global marketing team and cross-functional teams
• Highest level of organization and detail orientation, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with unprompted follow-through
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Personal leadership and accountability
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker, self-starter
• Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of global beauty and/or luxury goods markets
