Global Market Development Leader

For a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Global Market Development Leader to drive operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and build a new category in aesthetic restorations
• Design and scale a patient-first demand engine driving HCP behavior
• Lead the global go-to-market strategy for new products
• Act as the central orchestrator across global, regional, and functional teams
• Identify and activate partnerships to accelerate category creation
• Develop and lead a bold, investment-backed growth plan
• Establish frameworks and playbooks for market development and demand generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 10 years of Sales, Marketing or Business Development experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of Sales and Marketing or Business Development experience
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience in Med tech
• Ability to work with global teams

Pay

$187,600 – $257,950 annually
