Global Logistics Senior Manager

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains within a Business Services environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Establish a globally consistent warehousing and distribution model across various sites
• Lead performance management using standardized KPIs and continuous improvement processes
• Drive inventory integrity through process discipline and corrective actions
• Govern third-party logistics providers for service performance and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP S/4HANA readiness
• Contribute to organizational goals through proactive initiatives and performance focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain leadership, ideally in regulated or complex industries
• Proven experience in managing multi-site warehouse and distribution operations, including third-party logistics
• Strong governance and performance management skills with logistics providers
• Deep understanding of inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and distribution processes
• Experience in SAP-enabled transformations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA and related systems
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive-level communication skills

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
