Global Lead Project Manager (FSP), US (remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Global Lead Project Manager (FSP), US (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead complex clinical trial project delivery across multiple therapeutic areas while serving as a key point of coordination between the project sponsor and internal teams. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, disciplined communication, and a focus on managing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations in a global environment. You will also help drive issue resolution, escalation management, and vendor coordination to support successful study execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the project sponsor and the organization Ensure adherence to escalation pathways for communication Clarify responsibilities and communication for secondary project leads Oversee overall project delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality Demonstrate financial stewardship and manage project budgets Establish and manage customer expectations for project delivery Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 8+ years of project management experience, specifically in clinical trials 5+ years of experience as a Global Lead Project Manager Experience in vendor management across diverse vendor types Familiarity with at least two therapeutic areas preferred Benefits Remote work flexibility Standard Monday to Friday work schedule Opportunity for international travel (0%-20%) Exposure to diverse therapeutic areas Engagement with cross-functional teams Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
