Global Project Manager (FSP), Remote based in the US

For our client, we are seeking a Global Project Manager (FSP), Remote based in the US to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee global clinical trial project delivery across time, cost, and quality while serving as a key point of coordination between the sponsor and the organization. The position requires strong vendor management, financial stewardship, and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders around clear communication pathways and escalation processes. You will help drive successful execution across diverse therapeutic areas and vendor types, with a focus on proactive risk identification and issue resolution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization Ensure adherence to escalation pathways internally and externally Clarify responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads Be accountable for overall project delivery across time, cost, and quality Demonstrate financial stewardship and manage project budgets Establish and manage customer expectations to support optimal delivery Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification 5+ years of experience as a Global Lead Project Manager in clinical trials 3+ years of vendor management experience Experience in at least two therapeutic areas preferred Strong understanding of project management principles, including time, quality, and cost Benefits Standard Monday to Friday work schedule Office-based work environment Opportunity for international travel, 0%-20% Engagement in cross-functional project teams Exposure to diverse therapeutic areas and vendor types Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
