Global Investments Operations (GIO) Data Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 – Hybrid in-office work schedule

About the role

As a GIO Data Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, analyzing and maintaining investment, portfolio and sales and marketing data that is critical to the operations of the firm. Support the day-to-day delivery of data to the organization, as well as downstream recipients of this data for purposes of compliance and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or systems analysis or equivalent financial services industry experience
• 3 years of work experience required
• Technical writing experience (e.g. procedures, training material, etc.) and data analysis experience required
• Experience with MS Office Products (Excel, Word), Structured Query Language (SQL) and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) required
• Advanced knowledge of applicable operations functions, experience with various proprietary software packages
