Global Fund Finance - Investor Reporting, Assistant Vice President

The Investor Reporting team at Blackstone services investors in our investment vehicles as part of the Global Fund Finance team. We prepare and review responses to information requests from investors, providing portfolio and financial information as needed. We liaise with fund accounting and finance teams to gather information for specific investors, including LP performance summaries and cash flow projections. We maintain an investor request database and track the status of outstanding inquiries. We assist in disseminating general correspondence with investors and in aggregating, analyzing, and preparing quarterly investor and fund-related materials. We also assist in the dissemination of quarterly investor and fund-related materials. We interface with members of the firm’s global investment groups, marketing department, accounting group, and other groups within the firm. Additionally, we assist in onboarding new funds to existing platforms, including a detailed review of underlying LP and fund organizational documents. We oversee work performed by offshore team members.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 6+ years of experience
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• The ideal candidate would have a commitment to excellence in their work product, strong time management skills, and a desire to learn
• Effectively works as an individual contributor and possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; multitasks well and delivers under competing timelines
• The candidate is a self-starter that thrives on complexity and seeks solutions

Pay & Benefits

Expected annual base salary range: $135,000 - $200,000. Actual base salary within this range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
