We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers—while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work-life balance.
About the role
As the Global Director of Field and Partner Marketing at iManage, you will own and elevate field marketing and partner marketing across our global markets—North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific—while leading and developing a high-performing team. You will be a strategic partner to regional sales and alliances leadership and a cross-functional connector across marketing, partners, and the broader business.
You will be accountable for driving programs that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer relationships at scale—while simultaneously building the operational foundation that enables a globally consistent, efficient team. This includes establishing scalable processes, strategic plans, playbooks, and reporting that empower regional and partner marketing leaders to execute with speed and confidence.
A key part of this role is bringing a strategic mindset that shifts the conversation with sales and partners from tactical execution to solving the right business problems.
