Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for a single global web and eCommerce platform, replacing multiple regional systems
- Establish governance for digital platforms, including CMS structure, templates, UX standards, and brand consistency
- Lead the design and optimization of the end-to-end digital customer journey, from discovery through purchase
- Drive integration of centralized product data to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Build and scale globally aligned eCommerce capabilities to support digital revenue growth
Marketing Automation & Digital Demand Generation
- Define and lead the global marketing automation strategy
- Build and scale automated lead generation, nurturing, and conversion workflows
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM and digital platforms to create a connected commercial ecosystem
- Partner with Global Marketing Communications and Global Market Development to enable campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and ROI
- Drove adoption of marketing automation capabilities across regions through training, standards, and best practices
Customer Experience & Optimization
- Partner with regional marketing teams to enable localized execution within global standards
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversion rates, usability, and overall digital performance
Data, Analytics & Performance
- Develop and implement digital analytics capabilities, including performance tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization
- Own SEO/GEO strategy, website content structure, and ongoing content optimization efforts
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvements in customer experience and campaign outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, product management, sales, and marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Align digital, eCommerce, and marketing automation initiatives with overall commercial strategy
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead, and develop a global digital team, providing direction, coaching, and capability development
- Establish scalable processes, documentation, and governance to support global consistency and efficiency
