Global Data Coordinator (Hybrid)
Job Description
This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related operations support role
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and charting
- Experience using tools to prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders
- Ability to compile, analyze, and present data accurately and clearly, with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
- Able to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, collaborative approach working effectively across teams and with stakeholders
- Experience in records management, inventory controls, or operational processes is a plus
Additional Information
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $25.24-$36.78/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
