What You'll Do
- Lead the global finance organization supporting international operations
- Develop and mentor Finance Directors across multiple regions
- Oversee international accounting, financial reporting, and global finance operations
- Provide oversight of treasury, transfer pricing, foreign currency, and related finance activities
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance, and future growth
- Drive continuous improvement while building upon an already strong finance organization
What We're Looking For
- CPA (active or inactive) and public accounting background preferred
- Experience as a Global Controller, Corporate Controller, VP Finance, International Controller, or similar global finance leadership role
- Strong technical accounting foundation with multinational finance experience
- Executive presence with a collaborative, servant-leader mindset
- Experience leading global accounting teams and partnering across international operations
Compensation & Benefits
- $235,000–$280,000 base salary
- 40% target annual bonus
