What Will You Do?
- Represent UnifyCX in building trustworthy, long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee financial reporting across multiple geographies to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with all applicable reporting requirements.
- Oversee global month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable financial controls and operational processes to support continued international growth.
- Drive standardization of accounting policies and procedures across global entities.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Enhance ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial workflows to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members across multiple geographies.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records, policies, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, legal, operations, and business leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years combined experience in accounting and financial reporting in a global, multi-company environment.
- Strong working experience with GAAP and technical accounting principles, laws, and regulations; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well within a team concept with minimal supervision or direction.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- The ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, conscientious, and industrious, with the ability to handle changing priorities and tight time frames.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Proven ability to maintain confidential information.
- CFP® or CPA preferred.
- Experience in public accounting.
- ERP/systems (Acumatica, Oracle, Zip, etc) experience preferred.
