Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a small accounting team and be hands-on.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, pricing, and other financial processes.
- Timing the closing of the financial books each month for the close.
- Collaborate with the audit team to provide necessary information.
- Perform strong balance sheet and in-depth balance sheet reconciliations.
- Continuously work on budget and forecasting.
- Previous Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
- Cost and inventory analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior accounting experience.
- A 4-year degree in business or accounting preferred.
Qualifications
Strong balance sheet and in-depth balance sheet reconciliations.
Previous FPA experience.
