The Opportunity This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role for an accounting professional who wants direct exposure to the C-suite and a real seat at the table in shaping company strategy. You'll lead a global accounting team of 10-15 people across the US, Colombia, Canada, and the Philippines, and you'll work side-by-side with the CFO in daily meetings — not buried in a back office. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast; it's a roll-up-your-sleeves position for someone who wants to build, fix, and lead, and who sees a path to a future CFO seat. What You'll Do Lead and continuously improve the global month-end close process across all entities and geographiesOversee the customer invoicing process and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controlsManage consolidation of financial statements across multiple legal entities and currenciesOwn budget vs. actual reporting and partner with department leaders on variance analysisServe as primary liaison with external auditors and the tax team, ensuring clean, well-supported auditsManage, mentor, and develop a global accounting team of 10-15 professionalsPartner closely with the CFO and C-suite on ad hoc financial projects and special assignmentsHelp drive process improvements and scalability as the company grows and matures operationally Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting requiredCPA preferredProven experience leading an accounting team — prior experience as a Controller is a plus but not required; this can be a step-up opportunity for the right candidateExperience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation preferredStrong knowledge of month-end close processes and internal controlsExperience working with external auditors and tax advisorsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with evolving prioritiesStrong communication skills and the executive presence to work directly with senior leadershipMust be able to work hybrid, on-site in Tampa, FL (near Tampa International Airport) Benefits Compensation & Benefits Salary: (Starting salary depends on experience and qualifications)Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plansIncome Protection: Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverageRetirement: 401(k) savings planTime Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays Why Join OneTouch Direct This role offers rare visibility into the C-suite for an accounting leader — daily collaboration with the CFO and direct exposure to company strategy and decision-making.
