Key Responsibilities
- Lead global close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
- Oversee accounting operations including AR/AP, credit, and sales tax
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and manage external audits and internal controls
- Drive ERP governance, process standardization, and automation initiatives
- Lead cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and M&A activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA/CMA (or equivalent)
- 12+ years of progressive experience, including Controller-level leadership
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and global accounting operations
- Experience leading teams in complex, multi-entity or international environments
Pay
Salary: $150,000-180,000
