Responsibilities
- Collaborate to implement and manage global compensation programs and initiatives
- Enhance compensation policies, governance frameworks, and practices
- Act as a key resource for HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders
- Align compensation programs with company philosophy and business goals
- Lead activities for annual compensation planning, including salary adjustments and incentives
- Manage budgets, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to ensure program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Consulting
- Experience with global compensation programs in large organizations
- Strong grasp of compensation principles, salary administration, and governance
- Proficiency in Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with compensation survey platforms (Radford, Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry)
- Advanced Excel skills and reporting capability
- Strong written communication, including drafting policies and executive presentations
- Experience in annual compensation cycles and job architecture initiatives
