About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective rewards programs and policies
- Research market trends to inform total rewards strategy
- Advise senior leaders and HR partners on compensation matters
- Create strategies to communicate total rewards to employees and leaders
- Conduct pay fairness analyses and maintain compliance with regulations
- Lead annual compensation planning activities
- Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs
- Assist in administering equity compensation programs, ensuring data accuracy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in compensation program design and management, including 3+ years in a global setting
- Expertise in job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structures
- Strong global business acumen and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability in ambiguous situations
- Exceptional relationship building, communication, and influencing abilities
- Proficient in HR technology and data analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong project and team management skills
Pay
$131,215 – $219,075 annually
