Job Description Join our International Customer Excellence PMO group supporting global marketing strategies, business transformation, strategic programs, and product launches within a matrixed pharmaceutical environment. We're seeking contractors who thrive in dynamic settings, partner well across regions and functions, and help drive operational excellence aligned with organizational growth.Execute PMO activities to enable aligned project delivery across multiple functions, regions, and affiliatesSupport and maintain industry-standard PMO processes, tools, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency, governance, and transparencyCollaborate with international commercial and marketing teams to facilitate smooth communication, touchpoints, and delivery of key initiativesAssist senior PMO leads and project managers in risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking for initiatives spanning business transformation, strategy, and launchesPrepare project status reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders and sponsorsHelp coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops (e.g., town halls, council sessions), ensuring logistical and content alignment Qualification Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years' experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs (business transformation, strategic initiatives, product launch, etc.). PMO experience with global marketing teams preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency requiredAbility to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams in a global environmentFamiliarity with PMO methodologies, tools, and frameworksPharmaceutical industry and marketing exposure a plus Preferred Project management certifications advantageousDirect experience supporting international initiatives or teamsExperience preparing project reporting for senior management Benefits Healthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
