Global Coding and Computer Assisted Coding Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of full P&L, growth, and client success for a major product area
• Lead business decisions and guide product development initiatives
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in coding for hospitals
• Support customer-facing teams with training and feature prioritization
• Drive thought leadership in autonomous coding at industry events and media
• Manage and develop a large team, expanding product reach internationally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 10 years of hospital revenue cycle experience or equivalent experience in coding solutions
• 3 years of product experience in coding or healthcare technology
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams
• 5 years of experience working with 360 Encompass and coding solutions
• Familiarity with P&L responsibilities and a proven growth track record
• Experience with the NPI process for new product introduction

Pay

$211,600 – $290,950 annually
