We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: "DSV – Global Transport and Logistics At DSV, our purpose is to keep customers’ supply chains flowing..." That's generic company description; maybe part of About the role? The posting includes a description of the role after that: "DSV is looking for an accomplished Global Business Development Director – Technology to identify, develop, and win high-value global technology customers." That's about the role. We can create an

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing that description. Then responsibilities: The "What You’ll Do" section with bullet points. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. Then requirements/qualifications: The "What You Bring" section includes sub-sections: Commercial & Sales Expertise, Technology Industry Experience, Executive Relationship Management, Global Supply Chain & Business Acumen, Leadership & Personal Attributes. Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. Since we need to avoid thin sections, maybe combine into one

    Requirements

with bullet points covering all. But we also have Skills maybe separate? The posting includes "Language Requirements" etc. Could be part of Requirements. Benefits: The "Why Join DSV?" includes bullet list: "We offer: A challenging, high-impact role... Competitive, performance-based compensation and comprehensive benefits with bonus opportunity to earn up to an additional $150,000". Also mentions culture etc. So we can have Benefits section with those bullet points. Pay: The posting includes "For this position, the expected base pay range is $150,000.00 – $187,000.00 with bonus opportunity to earn up to an additional $150,000." That's specific pay info. So we need Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned (Time Type: Full Time). That's schedule info: Full Time. Could include Schedule section with "Full Time". The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Time Type: Full Time. So we can include Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove the EEO paragraph at end. Also remove "If you require special assistance..." etc. Also remove "DSV reserves the right to defer or close a vacancy..." etc. Also remove repeated company description at bottom. Now craft HTML. Structure:

But that's huge; maybe we can group but still okay. Now Requirements/Qualifications: Could combine "What You Bring" sections. We'll create

    Requirements

    with
    • each bullet summarizing each subsection. But we need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. However we can condense but must keep details. The rule: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That means we cannot omit details; we must keep all info. Summarizing may be considered summarizing away detail? It says do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the detail, not omit. But we can still use bullet points that capture each point; that's fine as long as we don't lose any detail. We'll need to include each point from the "What You Bring" sections. Let's extract those: Commercial & Sales Expertise: - Proven success in complex B2B sales, strategic business development, and value-based selling. - Experience selling to large global or multinational organizations. - Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-country sales pursuits and global tenders. - Proven ability to develop strategic pipelines and convert high-value opportunities into long-term customer relationships. - Strong negotiation skills and experience leading high-stakes commercial discussions. Technology Industry Experience: - Strong understanding of the technology industry and the supply chain challenges facing global technology companies. - Experience working with technology, electronics, hardware, software, semiconductor, data center, telecommunications, or related industries is strongly preferred. - Ability to understand complex technology customer organizations, operating models, and global supply chain requirements. - Understanding of technology-enabled supply chain solutions, data, visibility, automation, and digital transformation is highly valued. Executive Relationship Management: - Proven ability to establish credibility and trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence decision-makers across cultures and geographies. - Ability to translate complex logistics and supply chain concepts into compelling business and financial outcomes. Global Supply Chain & Business Acumen: - Strong understanding of the technology industry and the supply chain challenges facing global technology companies. - Experience working with technology, electronics, hardware, software, semiconductor, data center, telecommunications, or related industries is strongly preferred. - Ability to understand complex technology customer organizations, operating models, and global supply chain requirements. - Understanding of technology-enabled supply chain solutions, data, visibility, automation, and digital transformation is highly valued. Leadership & Personal Attributes: - Strategic, commercially minded, and globally oriented. - Curious and analytical, with the ability to understand complex customer organizations and supply chains. - Confident, credible, and comfortable operating with senior executives. - Resilient and results-oriented, with a long-term approach to building customer value. - Innovative and comfortable challenging conventional thinking. - Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and mobilize teams without direct authority. - Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Language Requirements: - English: Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communication. - Additional languages are an advantage in this global role. We could keep these as separate subheadings but rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine all into Requirements section with bullet points; that's still many bullets but okay. Now Benefits: from "Why Join DSV?": We offer: - A challenging, high-impact role with global visibility and exposure to senior leadership. - The opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading companies and supply chains. - A collaborative, multinational environment with opportunities to work across countries, cultures, and business areas. - Competitive, performance-based compensation and comprehensive benefits with bonus opportunity to earn up to an additional $150,000. - A culture that values initiative, accountability, innovation, and recognition. - Opportunities to grow your career within a global logistics leader. We'll put those as
      • . Pay: base pay range $150,000.00 – $187,000.00 with bonus opportunity to earn up to an additional $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. We'll put that in

. Schedule: Time Type: Full Time. We'll put

        Full Time

. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Information regarding DSV’s benefits offerings..." etc. That's benefits info but we already captured benefits; the sentence about benefits showcase is more detail but maybe considered substantive? It says "Information regarding DSV’s benefits offerings, including eligibility, coverage options, and plan details, is available through the DSV Benefits Showcase. Benefits, programs, and eligibility may vary by location and division in accordance with applicable state and local laws." That's generic; could be considered boilerplate. Might be okay to keep? It's not specific benefit details; it's a referral. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. Also remove EEO paragraph.
