How You Make An Impact
The Global Brand Manager – BEYOND by Valvoline™ will lead brand, portfolio, and go‑to‑market strategy worldwide for BEYOND by Valvoline™, focusing on liquid cooling solutions for data centers and high‑performance computing. The role owns the integrated marketing plan, demand generation, partner marketing, sales enablement, and product/portfolio strategy to accelerate adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Global Brand Strategy and Governance: define brand architecture, positioning, messaging standards, and value proposition discipline across regions, partners, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Generate Demand and Drive Commercial Performance: create campaigns, customer journeys, content, events, and sales tools; track performance and reallocate investment to high‑impact actions.
- Shape Portfolio, Positioning, and Launch Strategy: own portfolio positioning, pricing support, launch readiness, competitive intelligence, lifecycle priorities, and claims development; translate market insight into innovation priorities and proof points.
- Own P&L Discipline and Marketing Budgeting: partner with commercial leaders to develop budgets, monitor spend, assess revenue and margin performance, and support forecasting; recommend investment trade‑offs.
- Activate Regional, Partner, and Customer Marketing: equip regional teams, strategic partners, customers, OEMs, and system integrators with narratives, tools, programs, case studies, and co‑marketing plans.
- Primary Interactions – Internal and External: collaborate with New Ventures leadership, Strategic Partnership Managers, R&D, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Corporate Communications, Finance, regional teams, customers, technology partners, OEMs, system integrators, agencies, industry organizations, and other ecosystem participants.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, product management, B2B marketing, or commercial strategy.
- Proven ability to create business momentum through leadership, collaboration, and influence.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in product marketing, portfolio strategy, and P&L responsibility (CPG, B2B tech marketing, or start‑ups).
- Ability to translate insights and technical features into differentiated value propositions.
- Full‑cycle product life‑cycle experience: idea generation, positioning, pricing, launches, and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical abilities; comfortable extracting insights from incomplete or minimal data.
- Humility, hunger, emotional intelligence, and comfort in fast‑moving emerging markets.
What Will Set You Apart
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience managing technically complex products, new product launches, integrated marketing programs, and cross‑functional commercialization.
- Background in data centers, IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, AI infrastructure, thermal management, or related B2B technology markets.

Schedule
Beginning in the first half of 2027, the global standard will be four days per week in the office (typically Monday‑Thursday), with Friday remaining optional.
