Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate executives from intake to offer negotiation.
- Strategic Passive Sourcing: Employ advanced methodologies across platforms to target and engage passive bilingual talent in niche sectors.
- Multicultural Fit Screening: Assess candidates' technical skills, cultural agility, and readiness for cross-border corporate environments.
- Account Optimization: Partner with global hiring managers and stakeholders to identify human capital needs, timelines, and operational challenges.
- Market Advisory Delivery: Advise clients using data-driven market mapping, regional compensation insights, and local hiring trends.
- Pipeline Cultivation: Maintain continuous candidate pipelines to meet enterprise talent demands across regional hubs.
- ATS Data Hygiene: Track and audit all recruitment data and compliance within the proprietary ATS to remain audit-ready.
Qualifications
- Required Experience Baseline: 0 to 1 years of progressive foundational experience within recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, client-facing professional services, or B2B customer relations.
- Language Dominance: Absolute professional-level written and verbal fluency in English.
- Communication Polish: Superior interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an innate psychological comfort building immediate rapport with high-level corporate directors and executives.
- Execution Mindset: A self-motivated, results-oriented approach to consistently meeting quantitative hiring targets while preserving a premium, high-touch candidate experience.
- Multicultural Competency: A sophisticated, deep-rooted understanding of international corporate cultures, business etiquette standards, and cross-border commercial dynamics associated with both the U.S. market and global corridors.
Preferred
- Conversational, professional, or native language proficiencies in one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, or Spanish.
- Educational or foundational background in Executive Search, or practical familiarity with global technical sectors such as Semiconductors, Automotive (EV/Tier-1 supply chains), or Renewable Energy.
- Advanced sourcing literacy, including direct exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, sophisticated Boolean search string logic, and modern talent mapping software utilities.
- A conceptual understanding of international global mobility frameworks, immigration tracking, or relocation pathways for international professional moves.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus in Human Resources, International Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related quantitative field.
