The Finance & Strategy team is integral to Global Banking & Markets, focusing on performance analytics, business planning, and competitive intelligence. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance analytics and periodic reporting on divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Design executive-grade dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for decision-making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline processes.
• Develop and track new initiatives to support multi-year and intra-year revenue and expense budgeting and forecasting.
• Deliver sophisticated benchmarking and market-share analysis of peer performance across FICC, Equities, and Banking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics.
• Strong foundational Excel skills and polished PowerPoint for executive storytelling.
• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Working proficiency in Python is a strong plus.

Pay

$85,000 - $110,000 USD
