About the role
The role is focused on supporting the expansion of the Supervisory Risk & Controls program within the Global Banking & Markets division, specifically for the Capital Solutions Group. This team manages supervisory-related risks and implements controls to support ongoing monitoring and oversight. The individual will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and consistency across the division. The position requires a strong understanding of banking activities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior knowledge of banking activities including financing, origination, structuring, and underwriting preferred.
- Familiarity with securities markets, derivative products, and deal flows.
- Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of Capital Solutions Group business activities.
- Support the development of the supervisory framework for CSG business activities.
- Define and implement appropriate controls to manage risk.
- Support governance processes to drive monitoring and oversight for the covered controls.
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholder groups to implement the program.
- Engage with GBM Public side teams to drive consistency across the divisional supervisory program.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 USD
