This role is a strategic, customer-obsessed leadership position focused on defining the vision, driving adoption, and continuously improving the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that powers the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) hiring and onboarding experience. The position covers a global portfolio serving the US, MX, CA, BR, EU, UAE, and JP, with planned future expansions. The ATS Product Manager owns the full product lifecycle—from strategy and definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement—ensuring DSPs can hire and onboard Delivery Associates efficiently and cost-effectively.

About the role

The product manager drives the global ATS customer-working-backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) informed by customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics. They articulate enterprise and global needs to deliver innovative solutions that drive candidate engagement, conversion, and DSP hiring. As the subject matter expert on the ATS, they understand product functionality, end-user leverage, and the costs and resources involved in hiring and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the program strategy, project plans, and business requirements for product releases, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Lead diverse stakeholders to deliver against project plans, unblocking teams and increasing speed of delivery by negotiating resources and priorities.
  • Make tradeoff decisions with technical teams based on customer requirements; own QA/testing and integrations with internal tools.
  • Address roadblocks—such as technology limitations, adoption barriers, or compliance requirements—by defining problems, finding solutions, and escalating effectively.
  • Own the go-to-market plan to ensure customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
  • Drive ATS adoption by articulating impact on cognitive load, cost, and conversion to stakeholders.
  • Launch and manage change management communications, education channels, and programs for internal Amazonian users and DSPs.
  • Own change management holistically from ideation through continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ATS stakeholders across global regions, ensuring all communities are included and informed.
  • Understand, coordinate, and influence roadmaps to improve the DSP and Delivery Associate experience.
  • Balance anecdotal feedback with data analysis to drive continuous improvement in the ATS hiring and onboarding space.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: $124,500.00 - $168,500.00 USD annually.
  • USA, WA, Bellevue: $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually.
