The Associate Director will play a key role in delivering high-impact creative content and managing live event production, building scalable solutions to maximize project success, and supporting the GECP Director in team objectives and project goals. This is a senior creative and production role requiring significant travel (domestic and international) up to 70%.

  • Guide pre- and post-production workflows to deliver content on time and within budget
  • Align teams on creative direction, ensuring clarity across visual storytelling and editorial decisions
  • Build and manage budgets, timelines, and approval processes across multiple concurrent projects
  • Navigate legal and licensing requirements related to visuals, talent, and music usage
  • Partner with cross-functional senior leaders to bring ideas to life and solve complex business challenges
  • Contribute to building scalable processes, tools, and workflows across the team
  • Mentor and support producers while leading large-scale, high-visibility productions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in event, show, and content production
  • Experience leading large-scale live productions and delivering high-quality creative outcomes
  • Ability to translate business goals into engaging, well-crafted experiences
  • Strong understanding of content production workflows, including pre- and post-production processes
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across global teams
  • Deep understanding of staging, lighting, fabrication, and production design
  • Comfort managing budgets, contracts, and financial reconciliation
  • Clear communication skills and ability to navigate complex conversations with a range of stakeholders
  • Global mindset with ability to collaborate effectively across regions and time zones
