Global Alliances Lead, Advisory & Consulting Partners

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Global Alliances Lead, Advisory & Consulting Partners to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive strategic partnerships with advisory and consulting firms to expand market reach and create scalable revenue opportunities. You will lead global joint plans, coordinate co-selling efforts, and help translate emerging technology capabilities into credible customer adoption paths. The position partners closely with senior leaders, regional sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deepen relationships and accelerate early-stage engagement through close.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay: $182,400 – $262,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Select priority advisory and consulting firms based on customer relevance and partner commitment
• Own global joint plans that include customer targets and milestones to deepen relationships
• Engage directly with partner leaders and account teams for business development and co-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to define the scope and success criteria for quantum engagements
• Build seller confidence and establish credible paths from initial engagement to adoption
• Develop partner capabilities through joint workshops and targeted training
• Map accounts, assign responsibilities, and coordinate execution with regional sales leads

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic alliances, with experience managing complex relationships with consulting firms
• Credibility with senior leaders in consulting, including understanding of consulting economics and joint opportunities
• Proven track record of developing partnerships into scalable revenue channels
• Demonstrated expertise in frontier or emerging technologies, with the ability to create credible adoption plans
• Experience co-selling and engaging in early customer projects from discovery to close
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills, plus cross-functional leadership abilities
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel globally
