About the role
Supports premium shipments of high value products. Manages the entire service lifecycle, performs intervention, and provides contingency support.
Responsibilities
- Provides door-to-door service for premium expedited time-critical shipping.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School/GED diploma required.
- One year experience in Business required.
- Basic computer, phone, and math skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving, teamwork, and human relations skills.
- Ability to process, analyze, and prioritize various types of information.
Qualifications
- Preferred skills: Experience in logistics, coordination, or planning preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments.
