About the role

Supports premium shipments of high value products. Manages the entire service lifecycle, performs intervention, and provides contingency support.

Responsibilities

• Provides door-to-door service for premium expedited time-critical shipping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School/GED diploma required.
• One year experience in Business required.
• Basic computer, phone, and math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving, teamwork, and human relations skills.
• Ability to process, analyze, and prioritize various types of information.

Qualifications

• Preferred skills: Experience in logistics, coordination, or planning preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments.
