About the role
NVIDIA’s Global Account Manager position is designed to drive AI adoption globally by partnering with Dell Technologies Services. This role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to integrate NVIDIA’s innovative technology with Dell’s services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main NVIDIA liaison for Dell Technologies Services worldwide, coordinating with Dell’s CIO and SVP-level leadership.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to educate Dell Services teams about NVIDIA AI solutions and their value propositions.
- Facilitate seamless communication and teamwork to develop joint service offerings, methodologies, and packaged solutions.
- Partner with Dell Services sales and consulting teams to identify and develop service opportunities powered by sophisticated technology.
- Support joint account planning and pipeline development to accelerate AI adoption.
- Aid in strategic deals by providing mentorship on solution positioning and customer value.
- Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Collect field feedback to inform NVIDIA’s product, partner, and services strategy.
- Track key performance metrics related to service engagement and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 12+ years of proven experience in business development, alliances, or services sales within enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data center infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems.
- Familiarity with services organizations, including consulting, deployment, managed services, and support models.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience working with or within large global system integrators or OEM partners, with Dell experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and partner leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- A self-starter with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus.
- Increased Dell Services pipeline and revenue tied to NVIDIA-powered solutions.
- Improved hands-on readiness and enabled greater autonomy within Dell Services teams.
- Growth in customer adoption of joint services offerings.
- Measurable impact on deal acceleration and win rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
Skills
- Experience with NVIDIA AI platforms, GPUs, or accelerated computing solutions.
- Background in enterprise services transformation or AI adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with joint go-to-market models and partner enablement frameworks.
- Passion for offering aid and mentorship to internal and external parties, a strong curiosity about business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills.
- Confirmed ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple high-priority projects, where strong social skills are crucial.
Benefits
- Competitive cash compensation ranging from 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.
- Eligibility for equity and benefits.
Pay
Based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions, the cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
