Glazier Foreman

About the role

The Glazier Foreman at Binswanger Glass is responsible for overseeing, supervising, and executing glazing projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. This position maintains communication between the glazing team and management, leading the team to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Cookordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members for efficient project execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Report any issues or delays to the Project Manager (PM) in a timely manner.
• Submit a detailed daily report to the PM at the end of each work day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in glazing or related field.
• Experience managing a team of glaziers.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
