About the role
The Foreman - General Construction oversees the day-to-day operations of a construction project team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction site, managing teams of workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
