About the role
Become part of our dedicated team, which includes experienced 3 ophthalmologists, 2 optometrists, and an experienced support staff.
Responsibilities
- Step into an established practice with strong referral patterns and a busy patient schedule from day one.
- Enjoy convenient access to a dedicated ambulatory surgery center designed to support efficient, high-quality surgical care less than 2 miles away.
- Build and maintain a robust surgical practice with consistent access to surgical block time.
- Deliver outstanding patient care using advanced technology and collaborate with a highly experienced multi-specialty ophthalmology team.
- Support both professional success and personal wellbeing with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Graduated (or pending graduation) from an accredited school.
- Active or eligible for licensure.
- Board certified or eligible.
Qualifications
- Experience in glaucoma management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent surgical skills.
- Effective leadership and management abilities.
- Strong clinical and administrative skills.
