Responsibilities

• Step into an established practice with strong referral patterns and a busy patient schedule from day one.
• Enjoy convenient access to a dedicated ambulatory surgery center designed to support efficient, high-quality surgical care less than 2 miles away.
• Build and maintain a robust surgical practice with consistent access to surgical block time.
• Deliver outstanding patient care using advanced technology and collaborate with a highly experienced multi-specialty ophthalmology team.
• Support both professional success and personal wellbeing with flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Graduated (or pending graduation) from an accredited school.
• Active or eligible for licensure.
• Board certified or eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in glaucoma management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent surgical skills.
• Effective leadership and management abilities.
• Strong clinical and administrative skills.
