Glassbox Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Glassbox Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding implementation configuration and operational enablement of applications into the Glassbox platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Glassbox deployments, Linux administration, application onboarding, troubleshooting, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Objectives

• Successfully onboard applications onto the Glassbox platform
• Ensure accurate session capture, replay functionality, and monitoring capabilities
• Support platform stability and operational excellence
• Maintain compliance through proper data masking and privacy configurations
• Reduce onboarding timelines through standardization and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Glassbox implementations

Primary Skills

Mandatory Skills

• 5 years of IT experience with hands-on Glassbox platform exposure
• Experience in Glassbox onboarding implementation or platform administration
• Strong understanding of Glassbox session recording and capture configurations
• Experience with Linux server administration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of web applications, APIs, networking, and SSL/TLS concepts
• Experience supporting production environments and platform operations
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Understanding of data privacy masking and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
