About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test GIS solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing GIS systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users.
• Stay updated with the latest GIS trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in GIS development or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS platform and its APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of geospatial data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based GIS services like ArcGIS Online.
• Understanding of GIS project management methodologies.

Pay

Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
